Job Description

Progressive Specialty Glass, a leading manufacturer of customized drinkware for the entertainment restaurant industry, is hiring a Business Development Representative in Las Vegas.

 

OPPORTUNITY:
As our Las Vegas Business Development Representative, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities for PSG as well as utilize your connections within the industry to grow your customer base. This is a dynamic opportunity to help raise clients’ revenues through a unique, revenue-producing drinkware program… “buy a drink – keep the glass”. Not only is it a fun and positive sales experience, but you have the opportunity to develop an unlimited income stream through annuity type reorders. All products are reusable and environmentally friendly, a priority for all in Vegas. Identify, source, and develop strong business relationships with restaurants and casinos in the Las Vegas area.

 

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, your aggressive sales initiatives and efforts will generate unlimited income potential.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Present, promote, and sell our customized glassware to restaurants, casinos, bars, etc.
  • Utilize your existing connections within the restaurant industry to create new partnerships with PSG.
  • Develop strategies to promote PSG’s products and services to increase brand awareness.
  • Develop and close new accounts through disciplined prospecting and relationship building.
  • Possess a strong product knowledge of PSG’s products and services.

 

SUCCESS FACTORS:

  • Experience with on-premise sales at Las Vegas restaurants and casinos, preferably in the wine and spirits or food and beverage industry.
  • Dynamic, results-minded individual who will aggressively drive new business efforts with the ability to get through gatekeepers.
  • Strategic thinker with strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual who will take the initiative to identify new opportunities and pursue them.

 

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
PSG will reward your business development talents with a compensation plan that includes an attractive base plus commission plan. On-target earnings (OTE) expected to be $125K-$175K+ You will also receive a competitive benefit package that includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, health care flexible spending accounts, 401(k) match, paid time off, and paid holidays. We will reimburse you for mileage and other travel expenses.
