Blind Zebra, a sales coaching firm, is hiring an Account Executive in Indianapolis, IN.
OPPORTUNITY:
As our Account Executive you will embrace our Blind Zebra (BZ) Sales Operating System™ to build a powerful pipeline that delivers sales results. Develop new business through personal prospecting, LinkedIn strategies and utilizing an engaged “connector” network. You will begin as a Business Development Representative by setting appointments calling on business owners and sales leaders, with a quick career path (within 6 months) to Account Executive. As an Account Executive, you will manage all phases of the sales process, from initial contact and all the way to signature.
Reporting to the CEO, you will receive outstanding coaching and mentoring that will nurture you into a sales winner! Office from our Broad Ripple office with a team that supports our BZ Core Values of sales knowledge, accountability, fun, excellence, and commitment to these values.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Alignment to Blind Zebra’s Core Values.
- Prospect and nurture leads by setting 20+ qualified appointments within 3 months of hire date.
- Build and maintain a pipeline by leading prospects through our BZ sales process.
- Close deals and manage each sale from initial contact to signed agreements.
- Master BZ Sales Operating System with disciplined process adherence.
- Utilize Salesforce to track all sales activity and pipeline health.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Blind Zebra will reward your sales talents with a compensation plan of $55-65K that includes a base salary and incentives. Year 1 OTE is expected to be $65-75K. You will receive a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, retirement plan, and 401(K). Enjoy unlimited PTO including 2 weeks off in December over the holidays.
