Creative World School Franchising Company, a leader in early education schools, is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist. Remote, hybrid, or office based.

OPPORTUNITY:

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will use your digital marketing prowess among multiple platforms and audiences. Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns and manage online marketing channels. Utilize marketing automation platforms and CRM systems to achieve results. Reporting to the Director of Brand & Marketing, your efforts will increase enrollment at our schools and drive leads for franchise expansion.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (PPC, email, display ads, etc).
• Manage online marketing channels including websites, social media, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns.
• Analyze website content for SEO while maintaining brand consistency and message legibility.
• Utilize marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine visibility.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic and engagement metrics.
• Create and optimize digital content.
• Stay up to date on digital marketing trends and best practices.

SUCCESS FACTORS:

• BS degree in business, marketing, or related marketing technology.
• 3+ years of digital marketing experience.
• Franchise or education marketing experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media insights.
• Strong understanding of multiple marketing channels including print collateral, online advertising, web, social media, and video.

• Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems and how to orchestrate for lead management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Detailed oriented and can work well in a team environment to achieve results.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

Creative World School will reward your marketing talents with a base salary of $55-65K, commensurate with your experience. You will receive an attractive benefit package that includes medical, vacation, life insurance, 401(k) retirement plan with matching contribution, and company bonus plan.
