What You’ll Do:
• Meet with clients in their homes to evaluate their interior design and architectural needs and desired outcomes.
• Present tailored solutions that align with their needs and lifestyle.
• Engage with customers to schedule follow-up consultations.
• Guide clients through the decision-making process and close the design phase and then the construction phase.
• Provide expert advice while building trust and long-term relationships.
• Work alongside a talented design, architectural, estimating and construction team to bring projects to life.
• Leverage referrals and repeat business to maximize your earnings.

What We’re Looking For:
• Interior design and architectural experience are desired with heavy consideration for those with strong sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, construction management, architecture, or business management.
• Experience in consultative sales and a passion for helping customers.
• Confident, motivated, and a results-driven mindset.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Availability for some evening and weekend appointments, convenient to the customer’s schedule.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
