AMI, an asset management software company, is hiring an IT Software Sales Representative. This is a remote opportunity with flexibility for your schedule!
OPPORTUNITY:
As our Sales and Channel Development Manager, you will help drive revenue growth by selling innovative software subscription solutions to mid-size and enterprise businesses. Identify, qualify, demo, and educate prospective B2B customers about our portfolio of hardware asset management tools. Nurture secondary sales channels through managed service providers, technical consultants, or third-party vendors. Develop strong client relationships, collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions, and work with cutting-edge technology.
Calling on IT Admins, Hardware Asset Managers, IT Directors, CTOs, business owners, and CFOs, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who excels in high value solution-based dealmaking. Reporting to the Sales Director, your passion for technology, disciplined work ethic, ambition, self-motivation, and initiative will translate into continued sales success.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Prospect, qualify, and close new accounts in your territory meeting quarterly metrics.
• Conduct solution-based sales consultations to understand business needs with decision makers.
• Present demos and effectively deliver sales proposals.
• Develop and nurture secondary sales channels to supercharge your sales growth.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and company team meetings.
• Manage sales pipeline through effective use of CRM tools.
SUCCESS FACTORS:
• 6+ years of sales experience, preferably with a background in “solution” sales within an IT environment.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Disciplined and effective in selling large accounts to IT or finance decision makers.
• Consultative mind-set with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Competitive, confident, and assertive with a strong work ethic and high integrity.
• Astute problem-solving abilities with the confidence to recommend best solutions.
• Determined and driven to succeed financially.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
AMI will reward your talents with a lucrative OTE (on target earnings) package of $200k - $225K. Your package includes an attractive base salary of $100-110K plus a progressive commission plan with an increasing commission rate as your sales increase. The more you sell the more you earn! This is a remote opportunity, and we are flexible and open to employment or contract engagement. AMI will provide laptop, monitor, and computer-related devices.
