Job Description
OPPORTUNITY:
As our Miami / Fort Lauderdale Sales Representative, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities for PSG as well as utilize your connections within the industry to grow your customer base. Your territory is a gold mine waiting for you to develop new business through proactive prospecting and cold calling strategies. Identify, source, and develop strong business relationships with restaurants and resort hotels in your territory. Facilitate the education and training of restaurant managers and staff to effectively promote the revenue-generating “Buy a Drink – Keep the Glass” program, thereby empowering them to enhance their earning potential through upselling. Reporting to the District Manager, your disciplined sales initiatives and efforts will generate unlimited income potential.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Develop and close new accounts through disciplined prospecting and relationship building.
- Present, promote, and sell our customized glassware revenue generating program to restaurants, resorts, bars, etc.
- Generate new leads by conducting market research to identify potential customers.
- Utilize existing connections within the restaurant industry to create new partnerships with PSG.
- Develop strategies to promote PSG’s products and their revenue-producing program to increase brand awareness.
- Create, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Connect with customer leads through high quality cold calling.
- Possess a strong product knowledge of PSG’s products and services.
- Use CRM tools to effectively manage your accounts.
SUCCESS FACTORS:
- On-premise sales throughout the Miami / Fort Lauderdale market, preferably in the restaurant and hospitality industry.
- Highly preferred that candidates are bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Energetic and socially extroverted with motivational public speaking abilities.
- Resilient with ability to prospect and influence without a fear of “no”.
- Experience with B2B cold calling.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Dynamic, results-minded individual who is driven to success and will aggressively drive new business efforts.
- Proactive and self-motivated individual who will take the initiative to identify new opportunities and pursue them.
- Organized and technology proficient.
- Comfortable driving extensively within the Miami / Fort Lauderdale territory.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
PSG will reward your sales talents with a compensation plan that includes an attractive incentive compensation plan that includes a base salary plus a rewarding commission structure. First year on-target earnings (OTE) expected to be $100k-125k+. Your business will grow year over year and so will your income. You will also receive a competitive benefit package that includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, health care flexible spending accounts, 401(k) match, paid time off, and paid holidays. We reimburse you for mileage, entertainment and other travel expenses.
